4x Male/Female Components:
contains both the split gripper crease rib and the fixed hinge female channel
4x pairs of Gripper Boss Support Rollers:
to aid sheet transport and stability during the creasing process

Quad-Creaser Yellow Split Creasing Rib (MOULD-89) × 8

Used to crease material weights between 280-350gsm

Quad-Creaser Blue Split Creasing Rib (MOULD-90) × 8

Used to crease material weights between 150-280gsm

Quad-Creaser Yellow Split Plastic Creasing Rib (HO-ST/YE-PC) × 4

To be used when fibre cracking is not a problem. The deep and penetrating nylon rib is ideal for laminated or multi-sheet creasing. Heavy crease.

Black Gripper Band (MOULD-47) × 8

Used to support and feed sheet through the device

6mm x 36mm Hexagon Screw (6MMX36-SCREWS) × 2

Used to replace the existing pressure adjuster screw

M6 x 5mm Brass Tipped Grubscrew (6MM-SCREWS) × 7

Used to fix the tooling on to the machine shafts and to secure the creasing rib locking collars on the Male/Female components

M6 x 8mm Brass Tipped Grubscrew (6MMX8-SCREWS) × 9

Used to fix the sliding locking collar

3mm Allen Key (3MM-HEX-TOOL)

Used to fix the tooling on to the machine shafts

2.5mm Allen Key (2.5MM-ALL-TOOL)

Used to clamp the Male Component together to lock the Split Gripper Crease into place

Extraction Tool (SCRIBER)

Extraction tool used to remove the inserts from Male Components
