Package contents includes:
1x Male Component (M):
contains the split gripper crease ribs
1x Female Component (F):
(with fixing screws) contains grooves in which material is pressed

Spine-Creaser Yellow Split Gripper Crease (MOULD-89) × 3

Used to crease material weights between 280-350gsm

Spine-Creaser Blue Split Gripper Crease (MOULD-90) × 3

Used to crease material weights between 150-280gsm

Grub Screws

M8 x 8mm Brass Tipped Grubscrew (503700400) × 2

Used to fix the tooling on to the machine shafts

Grub Screws

M8 x 6mm Brass Tipped Grubscrew (8MMX6-SCREWS) × 3

Used to fix the sliding locking collar

Spine-Creaser Yellow Split Plastic Creasing Rib (HO-ST/YE-PC)

To be used when fibre cracking is not a problem. The deep and penetrating nylon rib is ideal for laminated or multi-sheet creasing. Heavy crease.

Spine-Creaser Blue Split Plastic Creasing Rib (HO-ST/BL-PC)

To be used when fibre cracking is not a problem. The deep and penetrating nylon rib is ideal for laminated or multi-sheet creasing. Medium crease.

25mm Long Pressure Strengthening Spring (25MM-HO-SPRING)

Used to increase crease pressure on the machine's creasing cassette head.

2.5mm Allen Key (2.5MM-ALL-TOOL)

Used to clamp the Male Component together to lock the Split Gripper Crease into place

4mm Allen Key (4MM-HEX-TOOL)

Used to fix the tooling on to the machine shafts

Extraction Tool (SCRIBER)

Extraction tool used to remove the inserts from Male Components

To be used when fibre cracking is not a problem. The deep and penetrating nylon rib is ideal for laminated or multi-sheet creasing. Heaviest and widest crease.
